GuardRail is a personal accountability tool. It creates friction and awareness around behaviors you've identified as problematic. It is NOT a medical device, treatment program, or substitute for professional help.
GuardRail cannot block calls, texts, or app usage. It cannot physically prevent you from going somewhere. It is an honor-system tool that works because you set it up when you were thinking clearly. If you are in crisis, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
The AI coach is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. It provides pattern observation and encouragement based on your self-reported data. It may suggest professional resources but cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.
By adding an accountability partner, you consent to GuardRail sending them email notifications based on rules you configure. You are responsible for obtaining their consent. Partners can unsubscribe from notifications at any time.
You own your data. We encrypt it, we don't sell it, and you can delete it anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
GuardRail is provided "as is." StanHattie LLC is not liable for any actions you take or fail to take while using the app. We are not responsible for any consequences of rule violations, missed alerts, or partner notifications.
